so the decision to delete facebook off my phone was proberly the best one I’ve ever made. I think its very good for events and to contact anyone if you dont have their number, however I also think its a catalyst for paranoia, anger and stalking… I ave never understood why people want to plaster there stuff on there like it was there diary. After suffering with depression the worst...
